The Point Grey Flea3 is even smaller than the original Flea camera and is designed to have the form factor of similar industry standard analog cameras. The 800Mb/s interface enables full frame rate RGB image transmission and even more cameras on the same bus. The IEEE-1394b cable with jack screws allows a more secure connection to the camera.

The completely upgraded, cutting edge Point Gray FL3-FW-20S4C-C Flea3 camera arrangement expands on the achievement of the super conservative Flea2 by adding new Sony picture sensors to the line-up. The Flea3 offers a large group of new highlights, including upgraded opto-confined GPIO; an on-camera outline support; non-unpredictable client information stockpiling; new trigger modes; and improved imaging execution.
