The Toshiba Teli BU030 is an integrated-(one-body)-type camera that adopts all pixel data readout inter line CCD. These are BU030 (VGA 1/3 type), BU031 (VGA 1/2 type), BU080 (XGA 1/3 type), BU130 (SXGA 1/3 type), BU205M(2M 2/3 type) and BU406M(4M 1/1 type). Suffix [C] or [CF] is attached to the color models. BU030 features include:
- High frame rate BU030/BU030C/BU030CF/BU031(VGA) for 125fps, BU080(XGA) for 40fps, BU130/BU130C/BU130CF(SXGA) for 30fps, BU205M(2M) for 170fps and BU406M/BU406MC/BU406MCF(4M) realizes the high frame rate for 90fps.
