The Basler acA640-120um USB 3.0 camera with the Sony ICX618 CCD sensor delivers 120 frames per second at VGA resolution.
The ace series of USB3 Vision cameras offer fantastic value. This model is built on a Sony progressive scan 1/4 size CCD having 659 x 494 pixel resolution. It delivers up to 120 frames per second at full resolution. And this USB3 camera is even smaller than Basler’s GigE models.
With USB3 Vision, a single cable is used to apply camera power and to transfer data between this camera and a PC, keeping cable runs to a minimum. An auxiliary connector is provided for terminating the input and output signals – there is a total of four.
ace classic
The ace classic is the acA640-120um starting point of our ace series and offers
a very cost-effective and reliable camera selection, with a standard
feature set for a wide range of applications. The ace classic includes camera models with CMOS
sensors from CMOSIS, e2V and ON Semiconductor (MT line) as
well as CCD sensors from Sony. It offers a broad selection of
interfaces (USB 3.0, GigE, Camera Link) and covers resolutions from VGA to 14 MP.
