The Basler acA2500-14um USB 3.0 camera with the ON Semiconductor MT9P031 CMOS sensor delivers 14 frames per second at 5 MP resolution.
The ace series of USB3 Vision cameras offer fantastic value. The acA2500-14um is built on an Aptina progressive scan 1/2.5 size CMOS sensor having 2592 x 1944 pixel resolution. It delivers up to 14 frames per second at full resolution. And this USB3 camera is even smaller than Basler’s GigE models.
Note that this camera has a rolling shutter. It must be carefully coordinated with strobed lighting when used to image items that are in motion.
