The Basler acA2040-35gm GigE camera with the Sony IMX265 CMOS sensor delivers 36 frames per second at 3.2 MP Resolution.
The ace series of cameras offer fantastic value. The acA2040-35gm is built on the Sony Pregius IMX265 1/1.8″ sensor. It offers 3.2 MP (2048 x 1536) resolution with astounding image quality: high quantum efficiency, wide dynamic range, and extremely low noise.
When this camera is configured to use the sensor’s full resolution, it can deliver 35 frames/second (“fps”). However, when configured to use less resolution, the frame rate will increase. As examples, 2048 x 1536 delivers 35 fps, 2048 x 820 delivers 67 fps, and 2048 x 480 delivers 111 fps. (Note maximum frame rate also depends on the exposure time and your network hardware.
