The Basler acA2000-50gc GigE camera with the CMOSIS CMV2000 CMOS sensor delivers 50 frames per second at 2 MP resolution.
This camera is built on the CMOSIS CMV2000 progressive scan sensor having 2048 x 1088 pixel resolution. Our customers love it! Its 2:1 aspect ratio is ideal for imaging text and long narrow parts. The acA2000-50gc offers an amazing 60% quantum efficiency. Delivering up to 50 frames per second at full resolution (Mono8, Bayer GR8) you can have both speed and resolution. Or, configured for YUV4:2:2, it delivers 28 fps.
We also have customers using this camera for pro video production. It can be configured for 1080p (1920 x 1080) resolution. Assuming one camera on the Gigabit Ethernet network, frame rates of 30 fps (Y’CbCr, YUV4:2:2) and 50 fps (Bayer GR8) can be achieved.
